So i went to meet with my reproductive health nurse today, and we talked like usual about normal things..watched video and what not. But we weighed me and i weighed 164 lbs! last time it was 142...so what the hell! :\..but my blood pressure was high too, probably/maybe because we just got done talking about my huge massive weight gain..so she called me doc to let her know the news and said that it might be gestational diabetes..soo hmm.cuz i havent chagned my eating habits..and i really only drink water, not veyr much pop or juice..so doc is calling me back on monday..now ihave to wait all weekend..arghh. i just wanna know if i should be eating different.!

If you have Gestational Diabetes then yes you will have to adjust. They will probably want you to take your blood sugar for two weeks, four times a day. Once as sson as you get up and once two hours after each meal.if it is below 120 your good. I am going through this now nd the only thing I have a problem with is actual sweets, like baked goods and ice cream. Sometimes Potatoes, pasta, rice, and bread can jack it up, but that is not the case with me so it may not be with you. You just have to see what works for you and what doesn't. Don't worry though, not yet.
