I have been doing the PACE Program for about 5 weeks now.  Although I haven't lost the weight promised, I know that was due to the alcohol I was consuming.  My last drink was Friday, August 15th and I started losing weight immediately.  I need to do more strength training but I love PACE for my "supra-aerobics"!
