Today I went to see clare my gym Instructor , we had a talk about my food diary, apparently I am not eating regular, like I am eating at the wrong times & I am eating the wrong foods. Clare wants me to count the calories wich I did in my food diary wich I gave her. she told me on some days I am eating less calories & othere days I am eating to much calories. she has wrote down wat times I should eat & wat calories they should be :
7.00am - breakfast ( 300 calories )
10.00am - mid morning snack
1.00pm - lunch ( 350 calories )
3.00pm - 4.00pm - mid afternoon snack
6.00pm - 7.00pm - Dinner ( 450 - 460 calories )
she also told me avoid skipping meals. eating increases your matabolism,thus skipping meals can trick your body into slowing it's matabolism in an attempt to conserve calorise during a period it perceives as a situation where limited fuel is available.
hot water with a squeeze of lemon before breakfast gets the metabolism going for the day, helps prevent constipation and is excellent for the skin.
though difficult,try not eating 3 hours or more before bed time.
chilli helps to speed up metabolism even the milder varieties omelettes can be made just using egg whites! a dramatic reduction in fat.
limit salt in cooking.other names for salt include baking soda,baking powder, MSG, and soya sauce.
chew sugerless gum. it speeds up the digestive system, burning more calories, and sometimes kills a craving .
drink 8 glasses of water each day and remember you need to eat little and often.......
So I am going to start trying this from monday has I going shopping on sunday after work. and see how I go.
