Too bad that my weight tracker isn't plummeting like my water intake tracker! I just hate water. In the summer, when it's hot, I can force myself to drink it, but during the cold winter months, the last thing I want is some tastless thing that makes me feel bloated and makes me colder! I will TRY, however, to force myself to increase my intake as I know it is an important component to weight loss. So...we'll try to reverse the weight and water trends over the next week!
