If this was a "note" instead of a "message", I'd choose the little "I Can Relate" icon, Helen. I've regained all but 10 lbs. of the lost weight. All we can do is start anew! You've done it before and you can do it again! (I could honestly say "I've lost 1000 lbs. Just not all at once. Now, if I could only keep 80 of it OFF!)
Your not the only one!!! I've put on about 20 of the 62lbs I've lost. I start out good, and then fall right off the wagon. I'll lose 3lbs...then gain 2 then gain 2 more. I'm thinking I will restart Jan 1,2011. It's way hard to diet during th holidays, but I will watch and try to eat in moderation.
