I have the sleeping problem also. Right now, it has caused me to get to sleeping more in the day and less at night. The dr gave me sleeping pills to help and in 3 days I was back in order. I'm doing it again, so, I'm going to start my pills again tonight, to get back to normal. I take klonopin morning and evening. If I miss the night ones, it seems to start the problem. Other times I just start the problem out of the blue. I think the ups has something to do with it. The xanax helps you, that's great, atleast it gives you rest when you sleep. Lack of restful sleep has big effects after a period of time. I'm sure we aren't the only ones that have that problem.
hi rj. it does seem to be a common problem with bp. i tried stilnoct (ambien) but didn't feel very well in the mornings after taking it. lack of sleep is a pretty big issue with me and always has been but at least these days i will take a nap during the day if i've had no sleep because i have to try to get it at some point. some days the day gets too much for me and i go to my bed anyway. hope you're doing ok.
