I will be moving into my first home of my own very soon. There will be NO smoking there; I want my new place to stay clean. Living here will be such a large lifestyle change and I believe this is help tremendously with the cessation of my smoking habit. I plan on quitting cold turkey when I am moved in. I smoke about a pack a day (Marlboro menthol lights) for 7 years (I can't believe I've been a smoker for that long!)

Hi , You can do it if you want. I think you have to put it into your mind that you will pack in smoking and go for it. I set a date and stopped, Theres help out there so you wont be on your own
