Dear Friend,
Did you tried the treatment plan, suggested by Hava?
It's an antient indian way of treating many stress / depression related issues.
No harm in trying it.
Well, for a pure medical treatment, you need to have an MRI scan done to know the details, if there is any atrophy or white patches being noticed.
Depending on the report, organic or supre-tentorial treatment can be planned.
Please discuss about the present condition as i can provide the treatment plan.

Try this pranayam, while awaiting the doctors response. The extra oxygen going into the brain and blood will help to control the depression and headache. Do the anulom vilom  with eyes closed, and concentrate on your third eye(between the eyebrows). I would like to how you feel after 9 days.
Build up your timing gradually.If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom pranayam –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril  
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril  
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs.You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

i have started from today...
but i want to know that how can go out under sunlight....???
i feel vertigo when i go outside at day time.....
does your techniques work to improve of that...?

Yes the pranayam works gradually to improve your body systems and your immune system. Allow months to notice benefits. You need to do anulom vilom for 30 minutes, twice a day, everyday, to face the sunlight and improve the vertigo problem.

i have just posted a coupple comments on this forum I have rapidly growing cysts. started from a sore throat virus. please help

Hava, I have tried this technique but this is hard to do for three minutes, much less 15 minutes twice a day. But maybe that's because I have copd. I will continue to try though thanks.

Timing for the pranayam is very important. You have to build up the timing very gradually (even 2 seconds a day), if you have multiple problems. When you can do 6 minutes, you will feel some difference, and when you can do more than 15 minutes you will already have noticed a difference. But doing pranayam for 30 minutes, twice a day will help to get rid of the symptoms gradually over months.So presevere, and you will benefit over the longer term.
