Worked out at lunch. Before workout a touch above 200 and after workout had to move the big weight to 150 and adjust the top to 49.9. Typically my weight for this tracker is the home scale. The 199.9 that I put in today is at the gym post workout wearing shirt, shorts and socks. Goal is to consistently post weight now under 200 and get to the point where I can be under 200 at the end of a day filled with normal eating.
