Pain

I believe this migraine was triggered from doing too much over exertion in projecting my voice singing.  I had downloaded an instrumental of Celine Dion to sing at a small concert and I put in a lot of effort practing first.  Then later in the evening I performed this song that was 6 mins. long.  I went to bed and felt like I had over done it and it did finally hit me in the wee hours of the night.  Each time I awoke I thought, Oh it's not that bad till around just before 8:00 in the morning.  The migraine medication I take called Relpax relieves this  pain less than an hour.  So I stongly suspect neurotransmitter involvement.
