I dont really understand how I can run for an hour, run off 900 calories, then the next day run off 500 calories in 45 minutes for 5 days and still not lose more then a pound, its stupid... with the weight training and the cardio and the little food I eat its a mystery to me, maybe my scale is broken? its old and was REALLY cheap... well lets see how week 2 works out for me...
