OK today is my second day of the diet (I'm doing the drops). Tomorrow I start the 500 calories and Im soooo excited!! This diet was recommended by a friend of mine thats swears by it, she and her husband BOTH have done this successfully.
I'm hoping I can remember to journal daily and keep everyone up to date with my progress .. I want to help encourage anyone that needs encouragement!
I'll also try to post what Ive eaten and little tricks I come up with, hopefully it will help someone else out there too :)
