So I tracked everything yesterday and I did good, today however I ate potato salad for breakfast and it tasted so good to my tummy but awful to my mind who knows it was wrong and awful to my heart because I now feel sad for having eaten so many calories at the start of my day :(  I am feeling depressed today and I'm not sure why.  It was before the terrible breakfast.  I'll just have to make it up by eating good the rest of the day because I can't change it now.  I'm tired today and that always makes a difference in how I'm feeling.  I want/need to lose some weight and I know that potato salad will not get me there lol
