Last night I had a Mexican Fiesta that I sang at and also ate a buerrito after the performance. I had a mild migraine that began around 3:00 a.m. so I took the Relpax medication. It did not work, that was just the warning that it was getting worse. By 4:40 a.m. my head pain was at a violent level and by 5:00 a.m. I took the second Relpax medication. I had to find out what the ingredients were in what I ate and everything seemed to be OK. The Chef from this Center did say there was sugar so other than that I ate a cookie that could not have been a sugarless cookie at home that triggered this one. I did exude a awful lot of energy so I may have overdone it however I can't believe that my singing could trigger a migraine. I also just remember that my other two days of migraines that I had when I was in Seattle going to the Fibro and Fatigue Center were because I ate scrambled eggs for breakfast and not because I was getting this energy solution by I. V. first day and then the second day by injection. So I have two defininte triggers which are eggs and sugars that are simple which are cookies, cakes. etc.
Narrowing it down by paying attention to what I eat.
