Months and months and months ago I found a 9 week jogging/running program online. It's called "The Couch-to-5K ® Running Plan". I saved it to my bookmarks because I was interested in it and it seems really good for beginners. It breaks the sessions down into distance or time depending on which you'll be using, and there are three workouts a week.
Today, I've decided to take on the running plan. Tomorrow will be my first day, so we'll see how it goes. I plan to post in here every day that I get out for a run just so I can see how it progressed.
