Today I have decided to try and eat healthy again, I weighed myself today at work I was 17.4lb  . I have decided to cut out bread has I have been eating alot of bread lately, to see if I lose any weight.  I will weigh myself nxt saturday at work to see how much I have loss....

I can relate with the feeling of "3 steps back". I also reduced bread which showed good results during the first week. But my weaker self used to spoil the effect at the weekends... Good luck with it. :o))

Thanks leillani , it will be hard for me has my friends at work have toast at breakfast & my DH has bread with everything at home , but I will have to learn to keep strong & say no to bread.

What do you plan for your meals instead of bread? By the way, I find it hard to resist when people do freestyle toasting with honey, peanut butter and nut-nougat-creme when I'm on natural low fat yoghurt with fresh fruits.
