I started losing weight after my Liver lost the fat out of it, and was steadily losing weight till January 2011.  I'd lost 36lbs, and then for no reason (I didn't alter my diet or anything), I started putting it back on again.  

Worried my Liver is in trouble?

Anyway,  I decided to start exercising, and that put even MORE weight on!!  I couldn't win!!
I've now been exercising AT LEAST five times a week, high impact (Zumba), and have lost only 5lbs.

Surely the weight should be dropping off me??!!  I am careful about what I eat, have reduced my portion size, am exercising like an idiot, but the weight is just not coming off!!

Just do not understand it at all - I know muscle weighs more than fat, but I've been doing high impact exercise for 15 weeks non stop, so even though I've gained muscle, surely I should have lost some fat too?!!  

My stomach is now almost flat, which I am pleased about, but I really need to shift this last 24lbs.

Could it be a problem with my Liver?  I don't know, I am worried, and wondering why the weight isn't shifting :o(

Ps.  I've had a thyroid test, it's fine, so I can't even blame it on that!!!
