TOM Low Carb Break

Today I started my day with water and 2 whole eggs + 2 egg whites and about an ounce of cheddar cheese, also decaf coffee with whipping cream. It's 2:10 PM and I'm so NOT hungry. That's a lot of fat. If I show a gain tomorrow morning I'm going to stick to the protein and veggies allowed on the VLCD and just eat more of them. ( Well, maybe some cream in my coffee too.....)
