Well today is fruit day, i wonder how i will do with eating only friut a one sandwich. Here is to day 2.

You have to eat correctly to lose weight.  If you only eat 1 or 2 times a day... your metabolism will slow down.  Congrats on what you've lost so far, but you have to eat more and exercise... try doing a meal tracker with your weight tracker.  You should eat 3 small meals a day and 2 snacks and your metabolism will go crazy.

Thanks for the encouragement, but i am doing the Fat loss 4 idots diet. You eat 4 small meals a day, if you look it up you can get some info for it.

You are doing great bebe2011 -  I am on day 11 today (thank goodness) away on Sat for 7 days family holiday so wont be starting cycle 2 till 24th or 25th July-  just hope I dont regain everything I have lost lol x

I think you're doing a great job too bebe!  

It does get hard sometimes when everyone is putting food in your face, or telling you that you aren't going about losing weight in the right way.

I did a ton of research on weight loss and dieting before I found FL4I.   I like the DG (diet generator) because it takes the guess work out of what to eat and when to eat for 11 days.

I didn't expect to gain so much on my 3 days off, but ....live and learn.. I've learned to try not to let that happen next time. I don't have a "game plan" for my next 3 days off, but I'm going to figure something out and I won't pig out on doughnuts like I did last time.

Keep up the great work!  I hope you have your eating schedule fixed to work for you now.
