i want to be able to help my sister

my sister is 39 and she has empty nest syndrome... i dont know how to help her... she is so depressed... i worry about her every day... so i make it a point to come visit her..she is such an amazing woman...and all she ever wanted to be in life was a mom and now her kids are grown one is 19 and her 16 year old moved in with her dad like 2 hours away... does anyone have any advice?
