MILD Migraine, weather change

Oct 28, 2011 - 1 comments

I took half of a 20mg Relpax and it helped after taking 800mg of Ibuprofen.  The Ibuprofen did take away some of the initial discomfort, however it still hung around and I had a concert to perform that night and needed to be in top form.  Half a Relpax was all that I needed and I sang my heart out and the next day I did not have another migraine from the singing.  I thought it could have been from the concert the night before, however the weather took a drastic change and it became clear late afternoon after I took the relpax.  Glen went to the drugstrore and filled my prescription for this drug cause I had no more samples available to me.  This morning I'm just a bit stiff and little achey from the performances for the last two nights.  I put out a lot of energy when I sing and do shows.

I have been getting more and more headaches that feel like a migraine coming on yet sometimes warrant taking half a relpax in order to deal with the pain.  I am feeling shots of pain to the head again this morning November 17th and have told this to the doctor when I spoke to him earlier.  I did not get an answer about this however, he did go on about the inflammation that would cause some other pains like in my feet.  Answer is to take more B12 along with folic acid, I was told to take 3,000 mg a day for a month to see if this helps.  I'm tired and have done nothing but have my breakfast and have no energy to even start my day.  I really just feel like doing nothing and basically do just that.  My body aches along with these shots of pain into my head really drag me down.  I wish something would give me a boost to feel well.  Glen's decorating for Christmas and again I just sit and watch cause I too damn tired to even get excited about this.  What a let down for me.  The only thing I have going is my singing with FOM and if it wasn't for that I would have nothing.  WOW!
