Knee injuries represent one of the most feared injuries especially if you are over 40 or you are a teenager. Soft tissue including cartilages, tendons, ligaments tend to wear off unless trained properly in conjunction of muscle strength in the muscle groups surrounding the knee joint.
I wanted to share an exercise in my regular contribution of Body Smart a digital magazine.
From a standing position and holding two 5 lbs weights you can start by holding to a wall as well. Raise left leg and bend right leg slightly and straighten up without losing your balance Do it fifteen times then change legs.
