Oh c'mon! This is ridiculous. I've been eating only 1 meal a day for 2 weeks because of nausea and exhaution. I didn't even have a dessert on Thanksgiving and had only small servings of the turkey & fixings which I didn't even finish! Yesterday I had 2 oz. of turkey, a couple of tablespoons of stuffing and a couple teaspoons of gravy with a diet soda. I can understand that decreased intake may cause the metabolism---and thus the weight loss---to slow, but GAINING on what I've been eating? Ridiculous and discouraging. I tried to set a REASONABLE goal for SLOW weight loss and to be patient with it this time---but here I am, BEHIND again, even with an extremely modest, slow goal. :(
