For the past couple of days, I've been feeling slightly on edge. My mom and I have been arguing quite a bit, but I think we're both just stressed. And aside from a couple of little spats, I have been in a generally good mood. I usually am, though, so that's nothing unusual. I'm just a very optimistic person, and I can bounce back pretty quickly.
I didn't track anything yesterday because, honestly, I just didn't feel like it. I didn't eat badly, I got enough sleep, everything is good. I just didn't really feel like tracking things.
And that's all there is.
