dec 29th--pumped a little iron and focused on my legs--squats at home--pumped iron with legs at gym-5 pushups
dec 30th --we didn't have any patients so I was allowed an hour to go to gym I made the most of it and rode the bike for 30min then did some iron pumping-focused mainly on my underarms--
dec 31st --I did about 80 crunches before work and am about to do 10pushups--If only I could go down lower. Sadly I have noticed some cellulite on my belly. Oh well--I will try some more crunches tomorrow!
