It's a lot of walking. So is the campground where we hung out at for a few hours. Yeah, I had a fairly large Denny's lunch (800 calories, ahem, ahem), but I'm actually quite fine with it.
I'm currently trying to soothe sore muscles with peppermint tea. So far, it's not working. I did the 30 Day Shred, and, well, ow.
If I don't feel better tomorrow, I'll just ride my bike instead of The Shred.
