Weighed in today at 173.6.   Will be weighed in 2 weeks.  
My objectives by Mar. 23 is to lose 10% of my weight
For this week:    1.   Eat at table when eating
                            2.  Exercise 30 min  5X week
                            3.  Do not eat after 9:00 pm
