Joining gym

After getting a snow day today (mood booster) went with April to get a membership at any time fitness.  Trainer Dave probably did not do a great job but I figured out the equipment and we were at the gym for two hours.  Good workout.  Elliptical really works the thighs.  I think maybe 10 min on elliptical and 20 on treadmill to begin with.  Every other day on circuits we do upper or lower body.  Not sure if I want the north or south club.  Just need to do some investigating.
Ate pretzel at 9:30.  Trying to keep eating to 9:00 and eat one meal a day at table, which I did today.
