Well its Jan 16th so I have been "trying to get fit" for a bout 2 weeks. I have been working out sporadically but today is the second day in a row I have done insanity. I have another idea to spur me along. I brought Insanity to work and have 3 other coworkers doing it with me. So I noticed that while I am doing Insanity with other people--I work harder! However my diet has not been good. Especially on my days off. Yikes--too much food and soda and no where to run! Well I am going to buy some apples today and see if I can have alittle more fruit instead of all this crazy no good carb fest. LOL .Well see.
