So here I am, my daughter is 6 months now, Ive already lost 30 pounds. 15 to go, and I'll be back to pre pregnancy weight. Im trying to stay active, and my daughter is finally sleeping threw the night. Which is quite nice, I have to tell you, it really does help with trying to have the energy to excersise. Along with changing my diet, I am also trying slimquick. Ive alreayd tried slimfast, and have heard that once your off of the product you gain all of the weight you have lost. So here it goes. What has motivated me to finally try once again? To have a healthier, more efficient year.
