OK. So I WANT to lose 2 lbs. per week (I actually want to lose all 56 lbs. TODAY, but I'm TRYING to be realistic, LOL). That would get me to 150---the maximum weight I'll skydive at by July. BUT...I know that 1 lb. weight loss per week is probably more realistic. So, I've adjusted my goals to reflect 1lb. per week which would put me at my goal of 128 on April 17, 2013. It's difficult for me to accept that it'll take that long. BUT, so many times in the past, discouraged by the length of time it would take, I've set more aggressive goals, failed to reach them and then the date for the less aggressive weight loss program has passed and I've still been fat---often even fatter than when I started. SO. I'm going to set the modest goal of 1 lb. per week. If I exceed it, great. If I don't exceed but just meet it, I'll be 128 on 4/17/13. We'll see how it goes.
