There.  Getting more rest at night, getting more activity in during the day, using 7-keto and upping the calories a bit did the trick.  Down 2 1/2 for the week.  The goal for this week?   To get to or under 180!  To be back in the 170's.   Geez, have to get all the way THROUGH the 170's and down to the lower 160's...  Lets not worry about the long journey but instead look at each week, and I must not forget to "celebrate" being healthy enough that such is my biggest concern.
