Got up this morning feeling pretty anxious after another pretty good night of sleep. Got to work and felt ok in the morning but got a little anxious as the day went on. Some stressfull things created that feeling.
Have a softball game to watch later today. Something good to look forward to.
Called for information and making an appointment with a therapist today. I have been at this for 2 months now and I am spinning my wheels. I am better than i was a couple of weeks ago but I still need some assistance.
Went to softball game. Did ok felt a little scared thinking about the universe and looking at the clouds. How silly does that sound? ANXIETY!
Went to an Indoor Field Hockey Game. Felt a little shaky going there but was ok after a while.
