got a so so night of sleep last night. Went to bed before 10. I woke up at some point ans looked at my watch. It was 1130! I felt like I was sleeping all night and only an hour and a half went by.
I got up a few more times during the night but then fell back to sleep. got stressed as the day went on. Went to my daughter's softball game and felt weird and unreal. The anxiety was up bigtime.
