Exercise for the day

Today I managed to convince myself to sit on the fitness ball for 6 minutes, practicing my posture to strengthen my spinal muscles. At 6 minutes my inner thigh muscles were cramping unbearably so I got up with great relief. To my shock, my stomach muscles were aching too. All in just sitting for 6 minutes! I plan on increasing the by 1 minute each session-if I can.
