The beginning

Exercise and weight loss

Started a new lifestyle...No beef or Pork...started going back to gym for at least 3 days a week....I feel motivated and excited.. I actually started last month and weighed 150 lbs and today I weighed in at 143 but since I just started the tracker and wanted it to reflect my entire weight loss.
