This is really something. I went back and read some of my journals over the past 3 weeks. I cant believe I am anxiety free. Just a few weeks ago I was still wrapped in the worry cycle but now I am ok.
Funny how this works. I have been getting tremendous sleep at night and little naps. That is the thing about anxiety. When in the throws of it, I can't rest. My heart rate is up and I just cant relax. I took my blood pressure tonight and it was 117/77. Unbelievable. Two or three weeks ago it was boarderline hypertension.
What I am trying to say here is that anxiety is a real physical thing, or at least in my case it is.
