Felt so tired yesterday and had a brainwave - last week when I felt quite good  from Sunday night on, I realised I had eaten quite a few red meat meals prior to that and during that week.  So I had chicken livers and kamo kamo and watermelon for dinner.  Feel better today, not so tired.  Will continue to eat red meat and spinach type things in moderation - as I live with a vegetarian, sometimes I do not eat red meat for weeks.  Also bought some raisins also will eat those with nuts as well to improve blood stuff.

I might have improved anyway - I seem to be getting a pattern of feeling better as the week goes on, but then again, no pattern seems to be the pattern as well.
