Help! I worked construction for 6 years and maintained my weight easily. Now for the past two years I've held an office job. I've gained 16 lbs. in those two years! I work full time and go to school and have a hard time finding the time and motivation to workout. Does anyone have any advice to stay motivated (and awake!) for a workout? I eat well, I just need help in the excercise area. Help! Thanks!
