pelvic/pubic bone pain

The last few days I have felt some soreness around my groin area and on my pubic bone. Is this because she's dropping more or just getting heavier? I hope this is all normal. I still went walking yesterday and today despite the soreness. Sometimes it really hurts and sometimes it's pretty tolerable. I'm 33 weeks now, so I'm assuming my body is just getting ready for her to make her entrance.

I had that, I think it's just cause your daughter is getting so big it puts more pain in that area, along with your body is starting to prepare for birth so it will start to spread. it normally happens around this time. :0) At around 36 weeks i then started feeling pressure along with the the pain you described.

Your welcome, that was one of the problems I had that i ended up asking my dr. about. I know how uncomfortable feeling it is but not much longer :0)

I've had this pain since 14 weeks! I think it's your pelvic bones getting loose preparing for baby. Dr had no answers for me so I investigated on the Internet and I think it's called pelvic dysfunction. It's painful for me to walk and roll over in bed. Putting on pants and standing on one leg is a killer!!! I heard it should go away after baby is born. I sure hope so!

i bet it will. yes standing on one leg feels a little bit more uncomfortable. Somedays are really okay and others are trying, but it's all worth it if it helps baby get out.

totally normal and it's the weight of the baby, and everything else in your uterus pulling on the tendons and ligaments in your pelvic area... sorry but it's probably going to get worse before she's born :o/ But you're lucky that you are just getting in the last trimester! Take it easy though if you are getting them really bad take a break :o)

definitely, I guess moving around more doesn't make it better since it's not really a muscle. I plan on going on a walk though tonight since it's not so bad today. Hopefully the blood flow helps.
