Fitness Feels Good!

Friday I had a great workout.

I woke and rolled out of bed naked. Made my way to the kitchen and brewed some dark roast coffee. Lounged and read my iPad for a while.

About 7:30 I listened to jazz while I worked my biceps and triceps with barbells. Then I used a medicine ball to work my shoulders. I did a couple sets of pushups, situps, and about 200 bicycle abs. Finished off my time with a series of walking lunges.

I did my whole workout in the nude in the cool of the morning, sun streaming in the windows, and it felt great!

After my workout I pulled on a small pair of running shorts and went for a 3 mile run. My running philosophy is simple; push yourself really hard and wear as little as possible. It was about 63 degrees, and the sun and the air on my body made me feel alive.  

These good sensual feelings motivate me to workout and to be in shape. Because, I believe fitness is not just about doing exercises; it’s about becoming healthy. It's about being a whole person, a better you.
