Today I have been more tired. I think I may have overdone the physical activity yesterday.
I was very achy last night. My ribs ached and my chest area was achy again.
I was glad to be sitting at work. I've done some stretches and some walking today but not a lot else.

My concentration seems to have improved.

Overall, I continue to get better.

least you know when to rest. Don't want to over do it. I'm feeling fed up today as my groin area is still really sore and stopping me from walking around. So I tried to go through some phois that I need to organise and abit of paper work. Least it was more productive then sitting and doing nothing.

Sorry that you are still so sore. I found that doing something productive that i could manage helped me feel lots better emotionally and mentally. I was lucky to have my grandbaby to cheer me up.
I guess the leg will take time but you could get it checked if you are worried . I still have bruising but it isn't tender to touch any more.
