Most of these symptoms were late last night...I felt so very sick...and much pain...wished I would have thrown up. Def. ate way to much! :( I could not even complete the food tracker chart out of embarrassment...I really have to control myself. Not sure why this is so bad. Did find out that the Good Greens bars I eat are processed in a facility that produces wheat...potentially bad for me...So I think I need to stop eating those. I am about to just go very basic for the rest of the winter season...because this pain in affecting not only my quality of life, but my grades and ability to focus on achieving my goals.
