P90x day 4

Started the p90x program a couple of days ago, and so far so good.  I'm finding the different workouts challenging, but not so much that I feel that I can't do it.  It leaves allot of room for me to improve and get better each time I do a work out.  I've actually enjoyed the workouts and find them fun to do.  

Personally I find having a sense of humor the key to getting to the workout.  Either by laughing at yourself when your doing something way out of your wheel house (i.e. crane pose) or by laughing with or at the instructor.  I just try my best at each routine and reward myself when I do good and make note in what I can get better at.

The biggest issue I think I will have is staying committed.  I feel I owe it to myself not to make excuses and show up each work out!
