Go to livestrong (dot) com (cant write websites on here!)
and go to daily plate -  fill in each day what you eat and it works out your calories for you :) x

It's really only hard for the first few weeks.  after a while you start memorizing the calories of things.  it's really worth doing because otherwise you're just shooting in the dark.
