So far I'm down 9lbs and have lost almost 2" off my waist, pretty amazing for only 2 1/2 weeks of working out. I need to stay committed to the program and to the change of diet to make sure I get back to a healthy me!
As far as the work outs I feel I'm starting to get back into shape, so I have more energy to put into the work outs. Yoga seemed easier last night, although the plough pose is still very difficult for me to get into!
