I finished my first phase of P90x and I'm pretty happy with the results so far. It's been allot of hard work and changing my eating habits, but I'm exicted to get back in shape and see the more healthy me.
I think I may have to stop my Friday soccer for awhile though. My groin feels awful after each game and I don't think it has fully healed since I pulled it last. I want to make sure I keep with the program and put myself on the injured reserve for a couple of weeks due to soccer.
On a seperate note, I managed to do ok with business travel this week. I got my routines done this week and didn't overeat when we went out to eat. We usally pick some really good restraunts, so it's hard not to over indulge.
