I have posted the following disorders on my journal. My son suffered from Panic Attacks, and this was useful. We first had my son on Anti-Depressants, that had many side effects, and he opted to use techniques to solve his problem. He used Mindfulness, Exercise, Good Sleep, Nutrition & CoQ10 & Magnesium Citrate Powder. to solve this problem. He no longer has migraines, or any panic disorder that he cannot manage. Best of luck to you all~ It's a lot of reading pays off in the end to be fully informed in the process. There is enough over prescribing that is savvy to be educated on this subject, for ourselves, our families and especially, our children.
