Yoga has been getting better, although I'm sweating allot more. I'm really trying to push myself in all the moves. My wife does the yoga with me, which I think makes this workouts one of the bests.
Took my blood pressure today 125/76, 58bpm. I think that is slightly hyper tension, but not sure. Will be interesting to see what it is at the end of the program.
