I should have wrote earlier... but been busy... I have fell off the wagon... blood sugars are wacky, haven't kept up with my workouts (well i have been trying but get sick after a few weeks into it) and i am constantly hungry.
In August 2012 i had to get my gall bladder taken out. Since then its been hard to keep my blood sugars in the normal ranges. It almost feels like my medication is not working right(I take Metformin 1000mg twice a day, Victoza 0.6, and 40u of Lantus at night and fast acting insulin when needed)- When i exercise i seem to get sick after a week of working out. Its like my body can't handle the intense workouts i do(its intense cardio and weight training).
I have been able to drop dress sizes not so much the weight but just dress sizes. I used to wear a x large shirts but now i wear a Large. My pants size, used to be a size 18 and now i am a size 16. I haven't really made an effort to work out and i still dropping inches. My weight on the other hand is still the same between 198# - 205#. My husband notice my inches i have been losing. He's told me not to waste away.
With this gall bladder removal I don't go out to eat at good restaurants any more cause it just comes out after i eat. Its fairly depressing. You spend so much money on dining out to have it come out the other end.
I have gone back to drinking my green smoothies and my so called veggie diet... that seems to subside my stomach and the intense diarrhea i get from eating certain foods.
